1 Who provides the service

SUBLYN is a service provided by:

In these terms we call it “SUBLYN” or “we”. When SUBLYN is incorporated as a company, these terms will be updated with the new entity, without reducing the rights recognized to you here.

2 What SUBLYN is

SUBLYN is online software (the tool is at studio.sublynstencil.com and the information at sublynstencil.com) that turns images into stencils (tattoo templates) using its own artificial intelligence model. It delivers a PNG file with a transparent background for the tattoo artist's workflow. SUBLYN does not provide tattoo services.

Today the engine works in the Realism style (black & grey with shading). The other styles you see in the tool are marked “coming soon” and are not part of what you pay for until they're active.

By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms. If you disagree with something, don't use the service and write to us: we'd rather sort it out by talking.

3 Your account

• You can sign up with Google or with your email.
• You must be over 18. SUBLYN is a professional tool for tattoo artists.
• You're responsible for your account's security and for what's done from it. If you detect unauthorized access, let us know immediately.
• The information you give us must be true. One account per artist (see section 6).
• You can delete your account whenever you want from “Your account” in the tool.

4 Free trial

When you create your account you get 5 free stencils, one time only, with no watermark and no card, at standard resolution (4K and 6K export is for paid plans). When you've used them, you decide whether to continue with a plan. The trial is per person: creating additional accounts to get more free stencils goes against these terms.

5 Plans, prices and payments

• In Colombia you pay with Wompi (card, PSE, Nequi and the methods Wompi offers). It's a one-month prepayment: it doesn't renew automatically. We email you before your month ends and you decide whether to renew. The peso price is the final price.
• Outside Colombia you pay with Lemon Squeezy, which acts as authorized reseller (merchant of record) and issues your receipt. The subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it. Lemon Squeezy may add the taxes your country requires and shows them before you pay.
• The price and payment method are assigned according to the country you connect from.
• SUBLYN never sees or stores your card details.
• If a price changes, we'll let you know at least 30 days in advance. The new price never affects a period you already paid for, and you can always cancel before it applies.

6 Fair use of the unlimited plan

“Unlimited” means you don't buy credits or top-ups: you create the stencils your real practice needs. The rules, stated upfront:

• Each account belongs to one artist. Credentials are not shared (the Studio plan exists for teams).
• No automated use: bots, scripts, scraping or any access other than normal human use.
• You may not resell the service or offer SUBLYN's stencil generation as your own service to third parties.
• Anti-abuse technical limits: currently up to 15 stencils per hour and 60 per day per account. If you hit one, you just wait for it to reset; you lose nothing and aren't charged more.
• When demand is high, the service may ask free and Artist-plan accounts to wait a while. The Studio plan's priority processing means its accounts are exempt from that high-demand wait (the per-account limits still apply).

If we detect use that breaks these rules, we'll first contact you to clarify it. Only in cases of obvious or repeated abuse will we suspend the account (section 11).

7 Cancellation

• You can cancel anytime, in one click, from “Your account”. No penalties or paperwork.
• When you cancel you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that your account switches to free and you're not charged again.
• In Colombia (monthly prepayment) there's no future charge to stop: you simply don't renew.
• Cancelling doesn't delete your account. If you want to delete it, use “Delete my account”.

8 Refunds and right of withdrawal

Summary: we don't refund periods already paid for or unused time, because you keep access until the end of the period. You also have the rights of withdrawal and payment reversal granted by Colombian law. All the details and how to request it are in the Refund policy.

9 Your images and your stencils are yours

• You keep all rights to the images you upload and the stencils you generate, including commercial use in your work as a tattoo artist.
• By uploading an image you only give us the minimum technical permission to process it and deliver your stencil. Nothing else.
• We don't use your images to train AI without your explicit permission, nor display, publish or share them (details in the Privacy Policy).
• Your responsibility: you must have the rights to the images you upload (your own photos or designs, or with permission from the author and, if a person appears, from that person). SUBLYN is not liable for infringements on material you upload.

10 Prohibited uses and AI results

• You may not use SUBLYN to process illegal content, images of people used without their consent where the law requires it, or sexual content involving minors (this causes immediate suspension and a report to the authorities).
• Nor may you infringe copyrights or trademarks, try to copy or extract the AI model or the code, or interfere with the service's security.
• Stencils are generated with AI and no result is guaranteed: fidelity depends on the image. As the artist, you're the one who reviews and validates the stencil before using it on skin.
• If a result comes out wrong, write to us: it helps us improve and we'll look for a reasonable solution with you.

11 Suspension for breach

If you breach these terms we'll notify you and give you the chance to fix it, except in serious cases (content involving minors, fraud or repeated abuse), where suspension may be immediate. If your account is terminated for a proven serious breach, the current period is not refunded.

12 Availability and liability

We work to keep SUBLYN continuously available, but like any online service it may have interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures or third-party causes. If a prolonged failure prevents you from using a period you paid for, write to us and we'll compensate reasonably (for example, by extending your period).

To the maximum extent permitted by Colombian law, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for the service in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits the non-waivable rights the law gives you as a consumer.

13 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If the change is relevant (prices, cancellation, use of your images), we'll notify you at least 30 days in advance by email or in the tool, and you can cancel before it applies. The update date is always visible at the top.

14 Governing law, complaints and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Colombia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country.
