1 Who is responsible

The party responsible for processing your data is:

For anything about your personal data, the channel is soporte@sublynstencil.com, handled directly by the responsible party. When SUBLYN is incorporated as a company, we'll update this policy with the new entity's details and let you know.

2 What data we process

• Account data. Your email address. If you sign in with Google, also the name and profile picture Google shares with us. We never see or store your Google password.
• Your images. The photo you upload to turn into a stencil and the stencil that's generated (see section 3).
• Usage and plan data. Your plan, how many stencils you've generated, usage dates and your subscription status.
• Technical data. IP address, browser type and the country you connect from, so the service works, to show you your country's price and payment method, and to prevent abuse.
• Payment data. The ID, amount, date and status of each payment. Your card number is handled by the payment gateway (Wompi or Lemon Squeezy): it never passes through SUBLYN or gets stored here.
• Studio plan. If a studio invites you, we keep your email to manage the invitation and, if you accept, your membership in that studio.
• What you write to us. The messages you send to support.

We don't ask for sensitive data (health, ethnic origin, beliefs, etc.) and we don't need it for anything.

3 What we do with your images

1. Your original photo doesn't stay with us. It's used only to generate your stencil and is deleted from our server as soon as processing finishes.
2. AI processing is done by a provider (fal.ai). The copies it needs to process your image and the generated stencil are automatically deleted within 24 hours at most, and we ask it not to keep a log of the request.
3. Your stencil is saved only on your device. The tool's gallery lives in the browser of the device where you created it. We don't keep it on our servers: if you clear your browser data or switch devices, that gallery can't be recovered. Download whatever you want to keep.
4. We never train AI models with your images without your explicit permission. If we ever offer a feature that needs it, it will be optional, we'll ask you expressly, and you can say no without losing anything.
5. We never display, publish or share your images for commercial, promotional or any other purpose.

Your image and your stencil belong to you, including commercial use in your work as an artist.

4 What we use your data for

• Providing the service: generating and exporting your stencils.
• Managing your account, your plan, your studio (if you have one) and the free-plan and fair-use limits.
• Processing your payments through the gateway and showing you your country's price and payment method.
• Sending you service emails: welcome, payment confirmation and renewal reminder. We don't send you advertising without your permission.
• Replying when you write to support.
• Protecting the platform against fraud and abuse, and meeting legal obligations (for example, accounting).

We don't sell your data. We don't advertise with it. We don't use it to profile you.

5 Your authorization

When you create your account or sign in, the tool informs you that you accept the Terms and authorize the processing of your data under this policy. That action is your authorization, under Colombian law. You can revoke it whenever you want by deleting your account or writing to us (see section 9), except for what the law requires us to keep (for example, payment records).

6 Who we share it with (and in which country)

SUBLYN runs on providers that act as data processors: they only use your data to provide their service to us, with security measures. Several are outside Colombia, so your data is transmitted to those countries; by authorizing this policy you accept that transmission.

We don't share your data with anyone else, unless a competent authority orders it under the law.

8 Cookies and storage in your browser

• The website (sublynstencil.com) doesn't use cookies.
• The tool stores in your browser only what it needs to work: your session (so you don't have to sign in every time), the language you choose and your stencil gallery.
• We use Cloudflare's visit statistics, which don't use cookies or follow you across sites.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts: when that happens, your browser shares your IP address with Google.
• We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. That's why we don't ask you to accept cookies.

9 Your rights and how to exercise them

As the owner of your data you have the right to know, update and correct it; ask for proof of your authorization; be informed of the use we make of it; revoke the authorization and request its deletion; access it free of charge; and file complaints with Colombia's Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC).

• Delete your account: in the tool, go to “Your account” → “Delete my account”. It's immediate. You can also request it by email.
• Any other request: write to soporte@sublynstencil.com from your account email, with your name, what you're asking for and, if it's a claim, the facts and supporting documents.
• Deadlines: inquiries are answered within 10 business days at most (extendable by 5) and claims within 15 business days at most (extendable by 8). If we need an extension, we'll tell you why.
• Before going to the SIC, the law requires that you first submitted the inquiry or claim to us.

If you use SUBLYN from outside Colombia, we guarantee you these same rights, through the same channel and with the same deadlines.

10 How we protect your data

Everything travels encrypted (HTTPS). Our providers encrypt the database at rest. Each user can only see their own data, payments are verified with the gateway's digital signatures and we apply technical limits to prevent abuse.

No system is infallible. If a security incident affecting your data occurred, we would notify you and report it to the SIC as the law requires.

11 Minimum age

SUBLYN is a professional tool for tattoo artists. You must be over 18 to create an account. We don't knowingly process data from minors.

12 Changes and validity

This policy applies from October 6, 2026. If it changes, we'll publish the new version here with its date and, if the change is important (for example, something affecting your images), we'll notify your account email before it applies. We'll never apply retroactively a change that reduces your rights. The databases remain in force while SUBLYN provides the service and for the periods in section 7.
