SUBLYN — Refund Policy

In plain words

You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.
We don't refund periods already paid for or unused time.
You have 5 business days to withdraw after your payment if you haven't started using the paid plan yet.
If there's a charge you didn't authorize or an error, we'll help you reverse it.

1 Cancellation

You cancel in one click from “Your account” in the tool, with no penalties. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for and you're not charged again. In Colombia payment is a monthly prepayment that doesn't renew automatically, so you just don't renew.

2 Periods already paid

We don't refund periods already paid for or unused time, because when you cancel you keep access until the end of the period. There's also no refund if the account is terminated for a proven serious breach of the Terms.

3 Right of withdrawal (5 business days)

Since you bought online, Colombian law (Law 1480 of 2011, article 47) gives you 5 business days from your payment to withdraw. If you exercise it, we refund 100% of what you paid within 30 calendar days at most, with no deductions.

The same law says withdrawal doesn't apply to a service that has already started with your agreement. At SUBLYN that means: if after paying you already generated or exported stencils with the paid plan, the service has started and withdrawal doesn't apply (you can cancel so it doesn't renew).

4 Payment reversal

If you were charged without your authorization, through fraud, or the paid service wasn't activated, the law (Colombian Law 1480 of 2011, article 51) lets you request a payment reversal. Let us know within 5 business days after you find out and also submit the request to the bank or issuer of your payment method.

5 Service failures

If a prolonged SUBLYN failure prevents you from using a period you paid for, write to us and we'll compensate reasonably, usually by extending your period.

6 Payments outside Colombia

Outside Colombia the charge is made by Lemon Squeezy as authorized reseller. This same policy applies; if a refund is due, we process it through Lemon Squeezy and it returns to the same payment method.

7 How to request it

Write to soporte@sublynstencil.com from your account email, with the payment date and the reason. We reply within 15 business days at most. If you're not satisfied, you can go to Colombia's Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC).
